We provide outsourced property viewings and generate referral leads for valuations, conveyancing and mortgage services to solicitor estate agents and lettings agents in/around Edinburgh.

3) The data we collect

Depending on your relationship with us (agent, vendor/landlord, buyer/tenant, or website visitor), we may collect:

  • Identity & Contact: name, company, role, email, phone, address.

  • Viewing Details: property address, appointment times, access/notes, feedback summaries.

  • Lead/Referral Details: service interest (valuation, conveyancing, mortgage), contact notes, referral outcomes.

  • Communications: emails, messages, call notes.

  • Website & Cookies: IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, time on site, referral source, and consent preferences.

  • Billing/Finance (B2B): invoicing details, payment records.
    We do not intentionally collect special category data. If such information is shared (e.g., accessibility needs), we will only process it where necessary and appropriate.

  • CCTV at properties: When attending viewings, any CCTV is controlled by the property owner/occupier or their agent. We are not the controller of those systems.

4) How we get data

  • From our partner firms (e.g., conveyancers/mortgage advisors) where you have asked to be referred.

5) Why we use your data (lawful bases)

  • To deliver services/fulfil a contract with you or your organisation (scheduling and conducting viewings; passing on referral requests).

  • Legitimate interests (to operate and grow our business; manage relationships with agents and suppliers; ensure service quality and security; keep basic B2B marketing records).

  • Consent (for non-essential cookies and direct marketing to individuals—withdraw any time).
