We provide outsourced property viewings and generate referral leads for valuations, conveyancing and mortgage services to solicitor estate agents and lettings agents in/around Edinburgh.

Depending on your relationship with us (agent, vendor/landlord, buyer/tenant, or website visitor), we may collect:
Identity & Contact: name, company, role, email, phone, address.
Viewing Details: property address, appointment times, access/notes, feedback summaries.
Lead/Referral Details: service interest (valuation, conveyancing, mortgage), contact notes, referral outcomes.
Communications: emails, messages, call notes.
Website & Cookies: IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, time on site, referral source, and consent preferences.
Billing/Finance (B2B): invoicing details, payment records.
We do not intentionally collect special category data.
